We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Vancouver location. As a Customer Service Rep, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have a positive and memorable experience with Domino's. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Answer and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.,Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the kitchen and delivery vehicles.,Assist in stocking and organizing inventory to ensure smooth operations.,Promote Domino's products and services to customers, upselling when appropriate.,Adhere to Domino's policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.,Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily and weekly goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in customer service, retail, or food service is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and Domino's ordering system is preferred.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle is a must.,Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
