As a Learning Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge, thereby contributing to the overall success of our organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and update training materials, including manuals, guides, and multimedia content.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and design appropriate solutions.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure training programs meet their needs and expectations.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Measure and report on the impact of training programs on employee performance and organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.,Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools is a plus.,Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
