In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to help our company make informed business decisions. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement data-driven strategies that will drive our business forward.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends and patterns.,Develop and implement data models and algorithms to support business decisions.,Create reports and dashboards to visualize data and communicate insights to stakeholders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis tasks.,Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools and techniques, and recommend improvements to our data analysis processes.,Mentor and train junior data analysts on data analysis best practices and tools.,Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing data validation and quality control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.,3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.,Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and R.,Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.,Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
