📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.,Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations and standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage and motivate the restaurant staff, providing training and development opportunities as needed.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all areas are well-maintained and attractive to customers.,Handle customer complaints and concerns, working to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and finance, to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the foodservice industry.,Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and staff scheduling.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using computer software, such as point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and standards in the foodservice industry.,Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-food or casual dining restaurant is a plus.
