📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote our products and services.,Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients.,Follow up on leads and track customer inquiries.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions.,Assist in the development and implementation of telemarketing strategies.,Provide regular reports on call activities and customer feedback.,Work collaboratively with the marketing and sales teams to achieve company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a related field.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software and other telemarketing tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
