📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage staff scheduling, performance, and training to maintain high service standards.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.,Coordinate with the Branch Manager on strategic initiatives and projects.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering to minimize waste and ensure product availability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage staff and teams effectively.,Experience in sales and customer service management.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
