As an Electrical Estimator at MIESCOR, you will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, material take-offs, and quantity surveys for electrical systems. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure that all estimates are accurate and compliant with project requirements. Your expertise will be crucial in helping the company deliver high-quality projects within budget and on time.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare accurate and detailed electrical cost estimates for construction projects.
• Conduct material take-offs and quantity surveys for electrical systems.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure estimates are compliant with project requirements.
• Utilize industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Estimating software to create and manage estimates.
• Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure accurate cost quantification.
• Provide cost-saving recommendations and solutions to optimize project budgets.
• Maintain and update cost databases and material schedules.
• Prepare and submit cost reports and presentations to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical estimating, with a strong background in construction projects.
• Proficient in industry-standard estimating software such as EstimateOne, Blue Beam, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Certification in Electrical Estimating or Construction Management is a plus.
