Quick Zone Cemerlang is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new employees.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.,Manage employee relations, including addressing conflicts and maintaining a positive work environment.,Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Handle payroll processing and benefits administration.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and advise management on HR-related issues.,Lead HR initiatives and projects to improve HR processes and employee satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management software.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention strategies.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.
