HR Trainer & Culture Internship (Bali-Based)

As an HR Trainer & Culture Intern, you'll design and facilitate workshops, webinars, and interactive sessions using tools like Microsoft Teams and Zoom. You'll also collaborate with our HRIS system, BambooHR, to streamline training documentation and employee engagement. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging HR training programs and workshops for employees at all levels
• Facilitate webinars, interactive sessions, and one-on-one coaching using Microsoft Teams and Zoom
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement company-wide cultural initiatives
• Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources
• Assist in the development and implementation of our employee engagement survey using Microsoft Forms
• Support the HRIS team in maintaining and updating our BambooHR system
• Conduct research and stay updated on the latest HR trends and best practices
• Assist in the planning and execution of our annual HR conference and cultural events

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR or a related field (internships or part-time work count)
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, particularly BambooHR, is a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian
• Passion for learning and a desire to contribute to a positive company culture
• Willingness to travel to other offices within Indonesia as needed
