📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of HVACR projects, from planning to commissioning
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Monitor project progress and mitigate risks to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVACR construction management
• Proven track record of successfully managing EPC projects
• Strong knowledge of HVACR systems, including design, installation, and maintenance
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
