📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of crew members to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and performance monitoring.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Monitor and report on team performance and operational metrics.,Participate in training and development programs for crew members.,Maintain a safe and secure work environment for all employees and customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Hotel Management, etc.).,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
