Berjaya Medical is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented GA Staff to join our team. As a GA Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting our office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient daily activities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in office administration tasks, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping.,Coordinate and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.,Handle incoming and outgoing mail, and manage courier services.,Support the HR department with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.,Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including waste management and facility upkeep.,Provide general administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings and preparing meeting agendas.,Assist in organizing and coordinating office events and functions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or related fields.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative or office support role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.,Willingness to work in a hybrid model (office and remote).
