Apotek Putri Restaurant is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. This is a hybrid position, offering a unique blend of office and field work. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and inventory management.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.,Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to ensure high levels of service.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock management and cost efficiency.,Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards of food and service quality.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic plans for the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant operations management.,Strong knowledge of food service operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and quality control.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment, combining office and field responsibilities.
