Mandiri Dairy is seeking a dedicated and professional Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and on-site.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent unauthorized access and potential security threats.,Enforce security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company regulations.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections of the premises.,Respond promptly to security incidents, accidents, or emergencies, and take appropriate action.,Maintain communication with other security personnel and relevant departments.,Perform first aid when necessary and ensure a safe evacuation process during emergencies.,Operate security equipment such as CCTV systems, access control systems, and alarm systems.,Assist in the investigation of security incidents and prepare reports as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience as a Security Guard or related field.,Strong physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.,Knowledge of security procedures, laws, and regulations.,Valid security guard certification or equivalent training.,Ability to operate security equipment and systems.
