BRIO Pratama is looking for a Lead Inventory Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our inventory operations, ensuring that we have the right products in stock at the right time. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing all aspects of inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and distribution,Ensuring accurate and up-to-date inventory records are maintained,Working with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods,Monitoring inventory turnover and identifying opportunities for improvement,Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations,Implementing and maintaining inventory control systems,Leading and mentoring junior staff members,Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and software,Proven track record of managing inventory operations effectively,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required
