Rumah Sakit Indra Spareparts is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lead Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial records, and providing support to the senior accountants. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic healthcare environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.,Process and reconcile bank and cash transactions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.,Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.,Provide support to the finance team during peak periods.,Participate in training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
