📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading a team of tax officers to ensure accurate and timely tax filings and compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Developing and implementing tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax efficiency.
  • Conducting regular audits and reviews of tax processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Providing guidance and training to team members on tax laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Preparing and presenting comprehensive tax reports to senior management.
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and advising the organization accordingly.
  • Assisting in the preparation of tax-related documentation and ensuring its accuracy.
  • Representing the company in tax-related matters with government agencies and other stakeholders.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Experience with tax software and systems is a plus.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
