📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Work with the sales team to develop and execute sales promotions and discounts.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance using relevant tools and metrics.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain a strong brand image for Bidang Yoga Shop.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for marketing.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify or WooCommerce, is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian.
