You will also be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our IT systems and networks. Provide technical support and assistance to employees and customers,Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems and networks,Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware,Monitor and maintain network security,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures,Train and mentor junior IT staff,Manage and maintain IT documentation,Ensure the availability and reliability of IT systems

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems,Experience with network protocols and technologies,Experience with IT security best practices,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
