GH Premier Review Center, Inc. is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our team on a night shift basis. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local job market and be able to effectively communicate with candidates in English and Indonesian. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source, screen, and attract top talent for our organization through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure the recruitment process aligns with organizational goals.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to identify and attract the best candidates.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Provide regular reports and updates to the recruitment team and management on recruitment activities and progress.,Work closely with the HR team to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar role.,Strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Experience with recruitment software and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Flexibility to work on a night shift basis, including weekends and holidays.
