📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound and inbound telemarketing campaigns to promote Sehati Gita Bakery's products and services.,Develop and maintain a customer database to track leads and sales.,Achieve monthly sales targets by effectively communicating the value of our products.,Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement telemarketing strategies.,Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve marketing efforts.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in telemarketing.,Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in telemarketing or sales roles.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets in previous roles.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Familiarity with the bakery industry is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
