🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 15 years of experience in program management, project management, or a similar role within the technology industry.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing technology programs, projects, and initiatives.,Strong understanding of technology trends, tools, and methodologies, with a focus on digital transformation and innovation.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.,Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools, as well as a strong commitment to maintaining a positive and productive remote work environment.
