📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient and effective management of warehouse resources.
  • Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve space utilization and reduce costs.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of warehouse operations to identify areas for improvement.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing warehouse operations and teams.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Ability to travel as required for site visits and meetings.
