📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates to ensure a high-quality applicant pool.,Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify areas for improvement.,Build and maintain relationships with external recruiters and job boards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
