📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Contact potential customers through phone calls to promote our products and services.,Answer customer inquiries and provide information about our offerings.,Follow up with leads to schedule appointments or demos.,Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.,Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.,Collaborate with the sales team to support their efforts.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or a related field.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude.
