As an Olympiad Earth Science Coach & Mentor at Babel Geoscience Academy, you will design and deliver comprehensive training programs using cutting-edge tools like Google Earth, ArcGIS, and QGIS. You will guide students through complex geological concepts, fieldwork techniques, and problem-solving strategies tailored to Olympiad standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and conduct training sessions on Earth Science topics relevant to national and international Olympiad competitions.
• Create and update lesson plans, worksheets, and study materials using Google Earth, ArcGIS, and QGIS.
• Mentor students individually and in group settings, providing personalized feedback and support.
• Organize and participate in field trips and practical exercises to enhance students' understanding of geological phenomena.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in Earth Science and incorporate new knowledge into training programs.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
• Collaborate with other educators and mentors to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.
• Promote the academy's mission and values, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Earth Science, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching or coaching Earth Science at a competitive level.
• Certification in Earth Science teaching or coaching is a plus.
• Proficiency in using Google Earth, ArcGIS, and QGIS.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively mentor students.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for Earth Science and a commitment to inspiring the next generation of scientists.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
