📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Manage and mentor a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
• Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to maintain a professional and efficient environment.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure accurate stock levels to optimize sales and minimize losses.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote in-store events and special offers.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the retail environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the retail industry.
• Proven track record of leading and motivating a team to achieve sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales techniques, and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and customers.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
