📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets and business needs.
• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various roles within the company.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with company culture.
• Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through industry connections and targeted outreach.
• Utilize recruitment software such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn to streamline the hiring process.
• Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding candidates.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid work permit for Indonesia.
